Founded in 1996, the factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and has rich experience in polyethylene film production.
The factory is equipped with 7 three-layer co-extrusion lines, 3 five-layer co-extrusion lines, and 1 imported equipment dedicated to silage film production.
The workshop is equipped with closed dust and smoke filtration devices, advanced online thickness measurement and weighing systems to improve film thickness uniformity, as well as an automatic feeding system. The annual production capacity reaches 20,000 tons.
We have a fully equipped laboratory to provide all necessary polyethylene film tests, ensuring high-standard product quality. Testing equipment includes Gas Chromatography Detectors, Dart Impact Tester, Tensile Testing Machine, Heat Sealing Tester, Coefficient of Friction Tester, etc.
Meanwhile, we also have casting equipment to meet diverse customer requirements.
